Our Services

The services we provide are Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Home Health Aide, and Medical Social Work.

Skilled Nursing consists of wound care, cardiac care, post-operative care, pain management, infusion therapy, diabetes management, and medication management

Physical Therapy consists of fall prevention, balance/ strengthening, post-operative care, aquatic therapy, lymphedema therapy, and vestibular therapy

Occupational Therapy consists of post-op care, cognitive processing, hand therapy, lymphedema therapy, certified dementia program

Speech Therapy consists of swallowing evaluations, communication disorders, breathing disorders, neurological conditions, hearing related communication concerns

Home Health Aide consists of bathing and dressing assistance (must be receiving skilled care from a nurse or therapy to qualify)
